Why did I become a coach?
Over the last 35 years, I have had the immense opportunity to work with some truly amazing leaders and some inferior ones. Having the chance to work with these individuals has taught me valuable lessons that have defined my career.
Some leaders I’ve worked with served as exceptional mentors and coaches, offering candid, unbiased insight into my performance and potential. Others brought encouragement, friendship, and a sense of belonging. I aim to carry forward the skills and wisdom they shared with me to help other leaders grow into trusted advisors; individuals who are invited into the boardroom, not because of their title, but because of the value they bring to the conversation. Leaders whose voices are sought out in critical decisions, not out of obligation, but because they contribute meaningfully to the collective success of their team.
Signature Insight Coaching
What is insight coaching? Insight coaching distinguishes itself from traditional leadership coaching models in two very specific ways:

Business Intimacy
As an involved Coach, I will learn about you and your business. We will work together to identify areas that require investment, define the problem(s) and jointly support you in achieving the best outcomes. Traditional leadership models bring valuable leadership skill development and self-awareness. We will tackle these fundamental areas through the optional Leadership 360 assessment tool and debrief sessions.
Situational Support
Through regular active insight discussions 30- 45 minutes in length; these discussions are designed to support reflection and joint problem solving in the moment. Simply put, the ability to engage with a peer/coach in real-time conversations, ongoing engagement, and support in making decisions and solving real challenges as they present themselves, make this coaching model invaluable to the Leader seeking to advance their value to peer leaders in the organization. Additionally, we will also provide support for presentation models, messaging, and other tools specific to the role of you, the client.
Included in my coaching model is a concept around integrated Living. Many of us spend significant time trying to find a balance between our work and our home life. As we become more senior in our careers, we are driven to be available, be “on” at all hours, and provide a significant contribution at the drop of a hat.
Technology has made it seamless to communicate needs at all hours, gather opinions, make decisions and otherwise service the requirements of our companies in real-time.
I help leaders find ways to integrate their life, rather that having a demanding work life and a demanding personal life-- I work to help leaders find true integration between work and living.

This service supports the development and integration of technology governance into leadership teams; specifically, it is targeted to improve the effectiveness of the leadership team with the technology leaders in the business.
